They spread your foundation around evenly.
There’s multiple brands. I personally like the one from Saks.
well if you want the BEST, Sephora has lots of makeup brushes to choose from with helpful reviews
i love the Stippling brush, it gives an airbrushed look and does not cake makeup on my face
if you want cheap ones, which i dont really think you should get, is Eco Tools which you can get at drugstores
these dont last long and have hair fall out
i use a manicare one
their actually quite expensive
or you can use a foundation pad
but for liquid id go for a brush
GOSH or Clinique make up brushes
the best
You can buy makeup brushes alone at any department store (JC Penny, Dillards, etc.) You might also be able to buy them alone at Target, but your best bet is a department store because they’ll be much higher quality.
Regardless, if I were you I would not apply liquid foundation with a brush at all. It’ll only clog up the bristles and cause problems. Buy disposable sponges (you can definitely get them at Target) in a wedge shape and apply it like that. Blot first all over your face, then smooth in circular motions.
Check at your local department stores and see what they reccommend. THen go to CVS, walmart, or Rite Aid and find a similar one. They are really expensive at department store, but you can find similar ones for much less at other stores.
Another suggestion are the sponge applicators. I use them and they are great. They come in large packs and are really cheap (about 1 dollar for 30). Makeup is easy to apply with them and you don’t have to worry about cleaning them (like you do with brushes). THey are disposable!
Here is a picture of the brushes:

(they are from estee lauder)

(it is actually two of them, they are just stacked on top of one another)
I got my brushes from an Este` Lauder stand in a mall here in eugene oregon. You want smooth brushes with the real hairs I think they’re horse hairs. But just go to your local mall and stores like Macy’s, Gottchalks, JC Penny-big chain stores all have make up brushes meant for applying liquid foundation.
Here’s an example of the kind of brush you need-flat,smooth..Just copy the link into your browser and it will pop I think..

Step
1Moisturize your entire face. The only way liquid foundation with smoothly be applied with a brush is over well moisturized skin.
Step
2Dip the cotton squab into the liquid foundation container. With the cotton squab place a dot of liquid foundation on your forehead, each cheek, chin and your nose.
Step
3Brush the liquid foundation dots in a downward motion starting from your forehead. Make sure to use light steady strokes of the foundation brush to spread the liquid foundation dots out over all the skin on your face.
Step
4Use the foundation brush to blend the edge of the liquid foundation along your jaw line in the skin on your neck. The goal is not to be able to see where the foundation ends, not to cover your neck in foundation.
